You'll handle a varied and interesting caseload, advising on
- Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax matters and related tax returns
This is more than a fee earning role.
You'll have the opportunity to build long term client relationships, work on high quality matters and, if it appeals, support the development of junior colleagues and contribute to wider team growth.
What's needed?
- At least 5 years' experience in private client law, with strong exposure to wills, trusts and estate planning
- Confidence managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical ability and a detail focused approach
- STEP membership, or working towards it, would be an advantage but is not essential
