Barber McLelland is working as an exclusive partner for a highly successful corporate finance specialist. Due to the continued success of deal transactions, the firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance professional for the position of Corporate Finance Executive/Assistant Manager.

The firm has developed an excellent network of clients and professional contacts across the UK, resulting in significant deal activity and a strong pipeline of future corporate finance deals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the firms Corporate Finance Partners and Senior Managers
  • Management Buy Outs
  • Financial forecasting and building complex business plans
  • Fundraising
  • Business acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Company valuations
  • Strategic business reviews

The firm strongly encourages individuals to gain a wide range of exposure and take on a high level of responsibility within deal transactions, however, individuals will be fully supported by a highly experienced Corporate Finance team.

Skills and Qualities

The successful candidate will be qualified ACA or ACCA from a National firm, an established regional accountant or a Corporate Finance boutique and will be operating at Associate level and looking to embark on the next stages of their career. Applicants will already have a proven track record working within a corporate finance arena and be able to demonstrate the personal drive and ability to become part of this highly successful business.
