We're recruiting for an established organisation delivering specialist services across customer sites.
They're looking for experienced, safety-focused HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers who take pride in doing things properly and are comfortable working within a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

- THE HGV CLASS 1 & CLASS 2 DRIVER ROLE
You'll be responsible for collecting and delivering hazardous and non-hazardous waste across customer sites.
- Operate HGV Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles
- Operate road and vacuum tankers
- Support loaders while vehicles are stationary
- Manage routes against time-critical deadlines
- Carry out daily vehicle checks
- Report defects accurately
- Work within safety regulations and legal driving hours
- Provide a professional service to customers
- HGV CLASS 1 & CLASS 2 DRIVER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 and Class 2 driving experience
- Valid HGV licence
- Valid CPC card
- Digital Tachograph card
- ADR licence
- Road tanker and vacuum tanker experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Military drivers with the relevant civilian licences and tanker experience are strongly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced civilian HGV professionals.
