Are you an experienced Electrician, ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing electrical and renewable energy provider?
On offer is the opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, who work across the commercial and domestic sectors. From EV Chargers to Solar Panels and general fit outs, the company pride themselves on delivering high-quality services.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 electricians, performing installations and maintenance. Your day will start by conducting a toolbox talk every morning, before heading to site.
As a supervisor, you will organise jobs, allocate the team based on their skills, plan and coordinate work, alongside putting together time sheets. This will be combined with the expected hands-on duties.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to progress into an office-based supervisor position, where training on estimating can be provided.
The Role
- Organising and coordinating electrical installations and maintenance
- Supervising a team of 4 electricians
- Performing toolbox talks every morning
- Working alongside Operations Manager, on commercial and domestic work
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4
The Person
- Relevant Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
