REED Finance are working in partnership with a growing Healthcare Technology Company based in Salisbury recruiting an ambitious, commercially minded Finance Manager. This is a key role to shape the future of the business, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will be a newly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3 years post experience and looking to progress towards a Finance Director role.

Full Time, Office Based (Salisbury, free parking) - Relocation package available for the right candidate.

Salary - £50,000 per annum (Circa DOE)

Key Duties:

  • Take ownership of the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) management
  • Manage monthly management accounts, reporting and financial analysis
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, financial controls and business performance tracking
  • Prepare high-quality financial reports and board papers
  • Strengthen finance systems, processes and reporting structures
  • Strong experience in financial management, ideally within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or another regulated sector
  • Translate financial data into clear commercial actions
  • Support governance, compliance and business planning activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability
  • Support strategic projects and future investment opportunities

Requirements:

  • ACCA / ACA / CIMA Newly Qualified
  • Strong experience in financial management, ideally within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or another regulated sector
  • Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • The ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence business decisions
