The Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of a diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring all records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and fleet records.
- Processing vehicle orders, registrations, disposals and transfers.
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections and movements.
- Monitoring service schedules, MOTs and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Preparing reports and updating internal management systems.
- Supporting invoicing and fleet-related documentation.
- Managing customer queries and providing excellent service throughout.
- Ensuring all fleet administration is completed within agreed timescales.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet, automotive, logistics or transport environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
