Duties to include:

  • Preparation of LPAs and Wills including the provision of IHT advice
  • Dealing with the administration of estates and trust work
  • Deputyship applications
  • Being involved with the business development of the department

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is dedicated, driven, hardworking and able to deal with a full caseload with minimum supervision. Definite partnership prospects for the right candidate. STEP accreditation would be preferable but not essential.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
