  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Working pattern: ADHOC, Regular Shifts
  • Shift Time: Days: 10am – 10pm, (12 hours) Nights: 10pm – 8am (10 hours)
  • Day Shift Rates: Dispenser - £14.78 PAYE or £17.00 Umbrella PAYE
  • Night Shift Rates: Dispenser - £16.52 PAYE or £19.00 Umbrella PAYE

Job Role

  • Work onsite in a fulfillment facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
  • Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
  • Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
  • Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed.
  • Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements.

  • You must have a UK NVQ2 Qualification in Pharmacy / Dispensing
  • Previous UK experience as a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser
  • Punctual, reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
