We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead a team of around 10 employees across wrapping, machining and strip operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of night-shift performance, ensuring the team delivers against Health & Safety, Quality, Production, OTD and OEE targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the night-shift team.
- Manage production across wrapping, machining and strip operations.
- Monitor performance against production and KPI targets.
- Drive improvements in OEE, Quality, Productivity and OTD.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are consistently followed.
- Manage quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Support training, competency and employee development.
- Identify and resolve production and operational issues.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Operations, R&D, Purchasing and HR.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide clear shift performance updates and reports.
- Open and close the factory when required.
About You
You'll ideally have previous supervisory or team-lead experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
We're looking for someone with
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing production teams.
- Good understanding of OEE, KPIs and production performance.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good IT skills, including Excel and email.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery and technology.
- Understanding of preventative maintenance and TPM principles.
- A positive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
