CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth Hampshire-based business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into a newly enhanced FP&A position.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a commercially focused opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys transforming financial information into meaningful business insight.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts and long-range financial planning activities
  • Develop and enhance forecasting models covering profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and funding requirements
  • Work closely with operational leaders, sales teams and departmental managers to build accurate and commercially robust forecasts
  • Deliver detailed analysis of revenue, margin performance, operating costs and business profitability
  • Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations and commercial decision-making across the business
  • Play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system, helping improve data quality, reporting capability and financial processes
  • Develop KPI reporting and dashboard solutions using modern reporting and business intelligence tools

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering
  • Strong track record of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to automate and enhance reporting processes
  • Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
