- Junior / Inexperienced Technician: Basic Salary: £27,000, OTE: £34,000

- Diagnostic / Master Technician: Basic Salary: £35,000 - £38,000, OTE: £45,000 - £48,000
The Role
As part of a highly experienced aftersales team, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
- Completing warranty and routine servicing work.
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate.
- Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair methods.
- Maintaining accurate workshop records and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Supporting apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll ideally have:
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within either a franchised dealership or independent workshop.
- MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
