  • Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (hybrid after training)

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar motor claims role who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and progressing their careers.

Motor Claims Handler skills

  • You will deal with insurer scheme claims from "cradle to grave"
  • Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with the insurer SLAs
  • Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders, insurers and other third parties in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all data recorded is factually & grammatically correct and meets agreed SLA's and in line with the insurer "best practice guidelines"
  • Handle claims within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLA's which includes the following: FNOL, instructing engineer, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary
  • Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards
