Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering on an exclusive basis with your client to appoint a Finance Controller. The role of FC will report to the MD – who is a proactive and ambitious character. As the Finance Controller, you will play a central role toward the growth of the business.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL TRAITS TO BE THE FINANCE CONTROLLER
- A background of working in Manufacturing / Production or a Product – Import based Industry – with a TO on the region of £10 -15m – this role will not suit individuals from large PLC's – you need to have experienced end to end Accounting.
- You have experience of leading external relationships with Banks and Accountants and to some extent Customers and Suppliers.
- You will be a hands-on / proactive character who is prepared to invest in the role and business to continue to growth / implementation of best practices and continuous improvements.
- You will be Qualified – ACA / CIMA or ACCA.
- Finally, you will be someone that has the energy / drive / ambition and the experience to develop, train and recruit a Back Office Support and Finance team as the business grows.

- Annual Salary of c £60,000 – £80,000 – DOE
