The Role
- Days-based role working 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large estate.
- General building maintenance including carpentry, minor brickwork and building fabric repairs.
- Roofing inspections and minor roof repairs.
- Patch plastering and general decorating repairs.
- Pathway, paving and external surface repairs.
- Investigating and repairing building defects.
- Supporting planned preventative maintenance activities.
- Using CAFM systems to manage and record work.
- Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Participating in the call-out rota with additional earnings.
The Person
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade such as Brickwork, Carpentry, Roofing, General Building, Plastering or Electrical.
- Experience within estates, facilities, construction or property maintenance.
