An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Sales Manager to join a successful automotive dealership in Reading.

The Role

As General Sales Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales Department, leading both new and used vehicle sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

You'll be responsible for maximising performance, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and ensuring the dealership consistently delivers strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
