An established and well-respected private practice law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its growing and supportive Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with family law experience or a law graduate looking to develop a long-term career within private practice.
The Role
You will support senior fee earners on a varied caseload of private family matters, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility across the full lifecycle of files.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and private children work
- Drafting correspondence, statements and legal documents
- Preparing and organising court bundles
- Liaising with clients, counsel and the courts
- Diary management and monitoring key deadlines
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout
