An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join the highly regarded Employment team of a Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence.
Renowned for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, the team advises national and international businesses, owner-managed companies, charities, educational institutions and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law matters.

The Role
Working alongside leading Employment Partners, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Providing strategic day-to-day employment law advice to employers across a range of sectors
- Advising on complex disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability issues
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing
- Advising on redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and business reorganisations
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, policies and staff handbooks
- Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and business sales
- Advising senior executives on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and exits
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to the continued growth of the Employment team
About You
The successful candidate will have
- At least 7+ years' PQE gained within a recognised Employment team.
- Strong experience advising employer clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
- Employment Tribunal litigation experience.
- Excellent technical knowledge combined with strong commercial awareness.
- Outstanding drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- The confidence to supervise junior team members and manage complex matters independently.
- A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach.
