Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to take your next step in your career within a multibillion turnover aircraft company? The company is a large multi-national organisation within the aircraft sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the team. This is a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to aerospace industry standards.
This is an excellent role for a Quality Engineer who ideally lives within a commutable distance to Ramsgate. Previous experience within the aviation/aerospace industry and knowledge of EASA Part 145 would be highly advantageous. Candidates from a laboratory, chemical processing or surface treatment environment may also be considered, particularly where they have experience working with chemicals, following strict procedures, maintaining accurate records and working to quality or regulatory standards.
The Role:
- Ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements
- Conducting internal, supplier audits and supporting customer and third party audits
- Driving continuous improvement
- Conducting root cause analysis
- Managing non-conformances
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm finish on Fridays.

The Person:
- Experience within a regulated quality environment, ideally aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing or engineering
- Knowledge of AS9100 and/or AS9110
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions, non-conformance management
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145/FAA would be highly advantageous
