Day-to-Day of the Role
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare raw materials, monitor small-scale reactors, and carry out in-process quality checks.
- Record production data and complete all activities in line with site procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Maintain process control, respond to process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence through collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory environment.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
