We are seeking a Production Operator to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our clients manufacturing processes.

Day-to-Day of the Role

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare raw materials, monitor small-scale reactors, and carry out in-process quality checks.
  • Record production data and complete all activities in line with site procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain process control, respond to process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence through collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Essential

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory environment.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.

• Desirable

  • Experience in a high-hazard manufacturing facility or with automated/semi-automated equipment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO standards, or quality systems.
  • Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or experience in lean manufacturing environments.
