Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join the team. The Service Advisor position entails both working alongside the Service Manager and delivering the goals of the business.

  • Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner.
  • Advise customers of any additional work required.
  • Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service, finding their requirements and advising on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.

This role is within a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service. Looking for someone with a strong customer service background, with the right personality and confidence to fit with the team. A professional, well presented, confident Service Advisor to work with the team on the front desk & workshop to hit and exceed targets. This is a position based on the front desk, customer facing, within a main dealership environment. The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor. Having experience of Kerridge would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

  • Mon - Fri: 8am to 5.30pm.
