This role would suit a Quality Engineer or similar with experience in manufacturing, knowledge of ISO standards, and a passion for continuous improvement who is looking for a great work-life balance and offers opportunities for training and progression.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities across production, manage audits, drive corrective actions, support health & safety initiatives, and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
The Role:
- Leading quality assurance and product conformity throughout production
- Managing quality audits and maintaining ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
- Great Work-Life balance
- Rotating shift pattern: one week Friday off the next Friday is a half day
- Career development and progression to Quality Management
The Person:
- Quality Engineer or similar background
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 compliances
- Knowledge of PPAP, DFMA, IPC wiring standards, Six Sigma, or similar (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
