This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a key link between customers and the sales team, you will manage inbound enquiries, coordinate sales activity and provide essential administrative support throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Managing inbound sales leads received by telephone, email, website enquiries and other digital channels.
- Responding to prospective customers promptly and professionally, establishing their requirements and providing an excellent first impression of the dealership.
- Qualifying and distributing sales enquiries to the appropriate Sales Executives, ensuring each lead is followed up effectively.
- Monitoring outstanding enquiries and working closely with the sales team to maintain consistent and timely customer contact.
- Booking showroom appointments, vehicle demonstrations and test drives while maintaining accurate diary records.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information across the dealership's CRM and internal management systems.
- Supporting the sales team with vehicle orders, customer documentation and general sales administration.
- Liaising with Sales Executives, Sales Managers, finance teams and other dealership departments to keep customers informed throughout the sales process.
- Producing and updating reports relating to leads, appointments, sales activity and conversion performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve lead handling processes and maximise enquiry conversion.
- Building positive relationships with customers through clear communication, attention to detail and a professional telephone and email manner.
The Package:
- Salary - Up to £28,000 basic + bonus – realistic earning potential of £34,000 OTE!
- Hours - Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 6:00pm
