About you
A strong accountancy practice training background is essential. We're particularly interested in people who have trained within a mid tier or strong independent practice where you've gained broad, hands on exposure across accounts and business services, rather than working solely within audit.
You'll ideally have experience preparing management accounts, working directly with SME or owner managed clients and understanding the wider commercial picture behind the numbers. You may still be in practice, or you may have already moved into industry and be looking for something with more variety and client exposure. ACA or ACCA qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience can all be considered.
Why consider it?
This is a different career path for someone who wants to use their practice training in a much more commercial way. You'll join a growing, collaborative business with genuine progression opportunities and an open and flexible culture. Full time and part time options can be considered, alongside flexible and hybrid working.
If you're commercially curious, enjoy working with clients and want to broaden your experience beyond traditional practice accounting, I'd love to tell you more.
