Due to continued growth, an established Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner into its expanding Private Client team. This is a flexible opportunity, and applications are welcomed from candidates with a range of experience levels (4+). The role will be shaped around the successful individual, with the aim of strengthening the team, increasing capacity, and supporting ongoing growth across the department.
The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload, handling matters including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and inheritance tax planning. You will be responsible for running files efficiently and independently, while delivering a consistently high standard of client care. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the wider team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and business development activities, helping to build relationships within the local community and supporting the continued growth of the department.
