Position Overview:
We're looking for a qualified pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional working standards. As a key member of our clinical operations, you'll be responsible for the accurate and compliant fulfilment of prescriptions, contributing to the overall safety and wellbeing of our patients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate from our Leamington Spa distribution centre, overseeing medication dispensing with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance
- Navigate and update patient data through our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform
- Review and validate prescriptions based on protocols established by our Medical Team
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to prepare and dispatch medications efficiently
- Ensure detailed and precise documentation is maintained in patient files
- Adhere to internal procedures for processing prescriptions and escalate complex cases when necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- A minimum of six months experience in a pharmacy or similar clinical setting
- Confidence working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy is essential
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and clear communication
