Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Bodyshop Estimator.
Two Shifts Available: Both Monday-Friday | 40 Hours
- Day Shift = £14.02 per hour (£29,161) + Circa 10% Bonus = £32,077
- Late Shift pay is higher: £15.42ph (£32,164) + Circa 10% Bonus = £35,380

The Role:
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
- Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates
- Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser
- Strong understanding of modern repair methods
- Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems
- Team player with good communication skills
