What we're looking for
- Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of a significant operational P&L and act as a trusted finance partner across multiple business functions.
- Taking ownership of the P&L, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and financial control.
- Delivering weekly, monthly, and long-term financial reporting with clear commercial insight.
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning process across several cost centres.
- Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to support strategic and commercial decision making.
- Providing financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities and performance trends.
- Supporting commercial projects, investment decisions and business cases.
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and finance processes through automation and innovation.
- Working collaboratively with wider finance teams to deliver accurate, timely and efficient financial information.
- Line management of small finance team.
You'll ideally have
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and challenging existing ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
