Mechanical FM Contract Manager - Peterborough / Cambridgeshire - £50k - £60k plus vehicle, bonus.

Based from Peterborough, the role is specifically focused on commercial heating and plumbing, with responsibility for managing heating, plumbing and gas maintenance contracts across a portfolio of commercial, manufacturing and Education clients.

Responsible for a team of 8 Gas Engineers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of engineering teams and subcontractors and manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of manufacturing, commercial office, and educational sites.

Overseeing mobile and site-based engineering teams, allocating workload and ensuring efficient scheduling of works.

You will have a background in commercial plumbing and heating and a solid understanding of maintenance contract delivery.

Some project delivery expected too for variations or extra works.

Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating, SMSTS/SSSTS, or similar (desirable)

Gas Safe / OFTEC / ACS qualifications advantageous, as required by the role.
