An established private client team in Perth is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Associate to support continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a varied client base on a mix of technical, high-value and sensitive matters, while developing your career within a modern and collaborative practice.

The role:

The role will involve advising private individuals across a broad range of matters, including:

  • Preparing wills across a wide range of personal and financial circumstances
  • Advising on executry estates, including complex and taxable estates
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Establishing and administering trusts, with associated trust law and asset protection advice
  • Handling complex or sensitive executry and trust matters, including contentious issues
  • Powers of Attorney and guardianship applications

About you:

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor / Associate who:

  • Has circa 5+ years' PQE in private client work (flexibility around level)
  • Is comfortable running their own caseload
  • Enjoys working collaboratively on more complex instructions
  • Has a commercial mindset and contributes positively to team performance
  • Has an interest in business development and client relationship building
  • Communicates confidently with clients from a range of backgrounds
