Production Team Leader – Rotating Shifts
Dudley | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus | 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

A well-established and highly regarded glass manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join their team on a rotating shift pattern.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a production team, drive performance, maintain high standards, and champion continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a production team
  • Achieve productivity, quality, and waste KPIs
  • Drive health & safety and quality standards
  • Manage team performance, training, and attendance
  • Work with Maintenance and Management to maximise production
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience in manufacturing
  • Strong people-management and communication skills
  • Experience working to production targets and KPIs
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement
  • Good understanding of H&S and quality procedures
  • Glass manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
  • IOSH or similar qualification would be advantageous
