Are you an experienced HGV Technician who enjoys being out on the road, solving problems, and working with a wide variety of specialist vehicles?

This mobile role gives you independence, variety, stability and proper recognition for your skills — with every hour paid door to door.

You'll support a dedicated network of customer sites across the Oxfordshire region, keeping essential municipal and commercial vehicles moving.

  • Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing at rural sites

  • Improving vehicle standards and reliability across the fleet

You'll travel within a designated area and operate from a fully stocked, fully equipped service van, giving you everything you need to deliver high-quality work on the road.

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified Commercial Vehicle Technician or recognised apprenticeship
  • Strong diagnostics and fault-finding ability
  • Excellent understanding of modern vehicle technology
  • Able to follow the repair process from fault analysis to completion
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Health & safety conscious with a can-do mindset
  • Class 2 licence beneficial but not essential
