We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, SRA-regulated law business looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to support a growing network of legal professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property law, conveyancing, AML or legal compliance who enjoys improving processes, managing risk and ensuring regulatory best practice.

As Legal Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the firm's regulatory standards, providing guidance on compliance matters and helping to ensure adherence to SRA regulations and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations
- Conducting file reviews and compliance audits
- Managing AML and client due diligence processes
- Advising on regulatory and risk matters
- Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Assisting with complaints, conflicts and risk management
- Delivering compliance guidance and training to legal teams
