Founded over 20 years ago, this social housing construction specialist focuses on the refurbishment of existing buildings alongside the construction of new, exciting buildings, whilst boasting steady growth over the years alongside a strong reputation within their industry.

Within this role, you will be working within a small team of engineers to produce detailed 2D drawings for building plans, surveys and specifications using AutoCAD, whilst collaborating with surveyors and project managers to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

This role would suit somebody from a construction background or similar, with experience in AutoCAD and ambitions to progress into a project manager in the future.

The Role:

  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings from building surveys using CAD
  • Assist surveyors in preparing design layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections
  • Support site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify details
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
