- Develop, monitor, and report on a suite of strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) covering cost, service, and sustainability.
- Go beyond daily metrics to analyse cost-to-serve, asset utilisation, and environmental impact.
- Act as a key analytical resource for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide the data and insights needed to build business cases for new technologies, process changes, and strategic projects.
- Support the Solution Design and Business Development teams by providing essential data analysis for new client tenders and solution reviews.
- Evaluate the potential of emerging technologies and alternative fuels.
- Analyse the performance of our partner carriers against agreed service levels and cost benchmarks.
- Support strategic carrier reviews by providing objective, data-driven insights to foster partnership and drive improvement.
- Investigate recurring operational challenges by analysing performance data to identify the underlying causes and recommend sustainable, long-term solutions.
