About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Oversee VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead the year-end audit process and liaise with external advisors
- Maintain financial models and monitor lending covenant compliance
- Present financial information to shareholders and senior stakeholders
