With a focus on building long-term relationships, the team offers exposure to varied engagements, from sole traders through to corporate audit assignments.

  • Description
  • Lead audit assignments for SMEs, owner-managed businesses and group structures from planning through to completion
  • Deliver statutory audits alongside accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, developing strong and trusted relationships
  • Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK GAAP
  • Support clients with day-to-day queries, providing practical and commercial advice
  • Supervise and review work prepared by junior staff, providing guidance and technical support
  • Assist with corporation tax computations and compliance work
  • Manage multiple client deadlines, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance
  • Support managers and partners on more complex audit and advisory assignments
  • Profile
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Strong background in audit within practice, with exposure to SMEs and OMB clients
  • Experience leading audits and managing client relationships
  • Good technical knowledge across audit, accounts preparation and compliance
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Experience with sole traders and smaller business clients advantageous
