We are seeking a Technical Service Workshop Engineer to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service activities on products supplied by Vantive, ensuring reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform inspection, installation, servicing, and maintenance of products within the workshop
- Provide field service support when required
- Act as the Local Calibration Coordinator
- Build and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal team members
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and business contacts (where applicable)
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with established procedures and within the quality management system framework
- Accurately document and report all service activities to maintain up-to-date service records
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
- Comply with all Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- ONC/HNC in Electronics or equivalent qualification preferred (ideally in medical instrumentation or electromechanics), though not essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
