We're looking for a compassionate, calm and resilient individual to join our Weekend Out of Hours team.

Working every Saturday and Sunday from 8.00am to 8.00pm, you'll be there when our residents need support the most.

You'll provide practical and emotional support, help residents manage challenges and crises, maintain a safe and welcoming environment and respond confidently to situations as they arise.

Every day is different, and no two shifts are ever the same.

About You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, can remain calm under pressure and genuinely wants to make a difference to the lives of young people.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has experience working with vulnerable adults or young people, ideally within supported housing, leaving care services or a similar environment.
  • Has a strong understanding of Safeguarding and Professional Boundaries
  • Builds positive, trusting relationships through kindness, empathy and respect.
  • Remains calm and confident when managing challenging situations or supporting individuals in crisis.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is well organised, able to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Believes every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed.
