What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting.
- Own the month-end close, management accounts and cash flow reporting.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business.
- Partner with operational, commercial and technical teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Support audit processes, compliance requirements and continuous process improvement.
- Enhance reporting, systems and finance processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Provide commercial analysis and financial support to senior leadership.
- What You'll Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial control experience.
- Proven ability to deliver budgets, forecasts and insightful management reporting.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technology or other project-based organisations would be advantageous.
