  • Analysing variances and presenting meaningful recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and assessment of business cases
  • Interpreting large volumes of financial and operational data
  • Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve accuracy, transparency and efficiency
  • Supporting compliance with relevant financial regulations and cost-control requirements

What we're looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified, ideally with at least two years' post-qualified experience
  • Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • A proven track record of finance business partnering with senior operational stakeholders
  • Confident presenting complex financial information in a clear and commercially meaningful way
  • Strong financial modelling, scenario analysis and cost-control experience
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and technically complex environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, ideally including Power Query
  • Experience of Power BI, SAP or Alteryx would be advantageous
  • Manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aerospace, motorsport or R&D experience would be particularly relevant
