As an Electrical Installation Assessor, you'll support apprentices throughout their learning journey, carrying out workplace assessments, conducting progress reviews, and providing coaching and guidance to help learners successfully achieve their qualifications. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrical Installation professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for developing others. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and have recent industry experience. Previous assessing experience is desirable but not essential, as full assessor training and qualifications can be provided. You'll be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with apprentices and employers while supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
