Our well-established legal client is looking for a Client Liaison to join their team and act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients.

This is a client-focused role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clients first interaction with the business from the initial enquiry, ensuring clients receive clear information and a professional service from their first interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling incoming calls and initial enquiries.
  • Confidently speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Set up new clients on the internal system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
  • Talk clients through the necessary information and registration process.
  • Prepare and send client care documentation in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they have received the required information and answer any questions.
  • Liaise with the wider team regarding client requirements and next steps.
  • Arrange and book client appointments where required.
  • Follow up on initial enquiries and leads to maximise conversion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and complete general administrative duties.
  • Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Ensure all processes are followed in line with relevant legal regulations and company procedures.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional, confident and organised individual with a strong telephone manner and excellent client-facing skills.

  • Previous legal, customer service, sales or recruitment experience is desirable.
  • Law degree or legal experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong administration and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Professional approach with an understanding of legal regulations.
  • Proactive, with a strong focus on client service.
