An opportunity has arisen to join a growing organisation supporting a diverse commercial property portfolio. This role is suited to individuals with experience in commercial property, leasing, or contract-based environments - whether gained in a legal setting, property/estates role, or broader commercial position.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide practical support across a range of leasing and property-related matters. Importantly, this role does not require a legal qualification - we are open to candidates with relevant experience and a strong commercial mindset.

The Role:

This is a broad and varied position focused on supporting commercial leasing activity and wider property matters. Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and supporting lease and contract documentation
  • Providing practical guidance on landlord & tenant and tenancy matters
  • Liaising with internal teams, agents, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the smooth management of commercial tenancies throughout their lifecycle
