We're looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business in Newhaven.
This is a varied administration role where you'll support the team with customer orders, paperwork, scheduling and general office administration.
Full training will be provided, so previous experience in logistics or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and process paperwork and shipping documents.
- Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain schedules and keep records up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Help with day-to-day office and operational tasks.
