Catch 22 are recruiting on Trainee Validation Technicians on behalf of a growing specialist technical services business operating within highly regulated environments across the UK.

The Role
You'll be working with a specialist clean air technology business that supports hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturers and research facilities through the testing, validation and certification of critical environments and equipment.
- Combining hands-on site work with technical reporting, you'll carry out testing and certification activities within cleanrooms, laboratories and healthcare environments.
- From taking accurate readings and using specialist equipment to producing compliance reports, you'll play a key role in delivering the data clients rely on to keep their facilities safe, operational and compliant.
- This is a field-based role involving regional travel and regular overnight stays, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to work in some of the UK's most advanced healthcare, scientific and research environments.
- Ideal Candidate
We're open to candidates with no previous validation experience.
What matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work professionally in a technical environment.
You should have
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- A professional and reliable approach
- The ability to pass enhanced security and background checks
A background in engineering, facilities management, HVAC, laboratories, science, manufacturing or other technical environments would be beneficial, but is not essential.
