We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Bodyshop Administrator in Newbury, Berkshire.

The Bodyshop Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and efficient management of the vehicle repair process.
The successful individual will join a well-established main car dealer's bodyshop environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless operational processes.
The Bodyshop Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication and organisation within the bodyshop team.

Duties
- Update and maintain the Bodyshop management system accurately
- Manage and control manufacturer portals efficiently
- Prepare job packs, invoicing, and chase debts to ensure smooth workflow
- Support day-to-day administration of the Bodyshop operations
- Maintain high levels of customer communication and support
- Assist with stock control and parts ordering as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Administrator or in a similar automotive administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency with management systems
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication and customer service capabilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of automotive management software or dealer portals is advantageous
