Eventus Legal are seeking a Property Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm in Nantwich, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent office-based job with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. The firm may also consider part-time or job share arrangements for the right person. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across commercial and residential property matters.
  • Audio typing using digital dictation.
  • Using Smokeball case management software to support day-to-day file administration.
  • Preparing, filing, scanning and photocopying documents.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, HM Land Registry, estate agents and solicitors.
  • Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Property department.
  • Providing occasional reception cover when required.
