We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Edinburgh, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership.

Duties as a Service Advisor:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Relay technical information from Technicians to customers clearly and accurately
- Upsell suitable services and products to maximise dealership revenue
- Manage customer expectations and provide updates throughout the service process
- Meet and exceed KPI targets through efficient workflow management
- Administer job cards and maintain accurate records
Requirements as a Service Advisor:
- Proven experience in a motor trade service department as a Service Advisor
- Strong customer service skills and professional approach
- Target-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
