We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong mechanical maintenance background to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a predominantly hands-on role, with around 70% of your time spent carrying out maintenance activities and 30% focused on supervising, supporting and developing the engineering team.
You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, driving engineering standards and ensuring maximum equipment reliability.
While the role is mechanically biased, electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience would be highly advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step into leadership, or an established supervisor who still enjoys being on the tools.
