We are growing and looking for compassionate Community Care Workers to join our friendly and professional team.

What the role involves

As a Community Care Worker, you will visit people in their own homes and support them with day-to-day living. This may include:

  • personal care
  • companionship
  • meal preparation
  • medication support
  • helping with daily routines
  • promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Areas we cover

Abermorddu, Caergwrle, Cefn-y-Bedd, Hope, Higher Kinnerton, Ffrith, Cymau, Llanfynydd, Treuddyn, Leeswood, Pontybodkin and Pontblyddyn.
